Buenos Aires is the capital of the republic of Argentina,
situated on bank of the river de la plata. It is the fifth
largest city in the world and one of the most important
in Latin American. It is very cosmpolitan, vibrant and full

Buenos Aires was not successfully established until 1580,
and remained a backwater for 200 years. Buenos Aires became
the capital of the new Viceroyalty of the Río de
la Plata in 1776, acknowledgment that the region had outgrown

many other major cities, due to the many divergent immigrants
who arrived in the last century. Its music, reflected in
